In 1957, ARTY SEE (#81) and JOHN McINTYRE (#99) added 104 unbeaten for the 2nd wicket for B grade v Dumaresq. In a one day game, Waratahs rolled Dumaresq cheaply and after an early wicket, See and McIntyre took charge until the declaration, made in attempt to secure outright points.

In 1968, TOM COOKE (#197) roared through Easts tail, taking 7-40 for A grade after a big 3rd wicket partnership looked like setting Waratahs a big total. Easts total of 232 was to no avail as the second week was washed out.

In 1985, GRAHAM JOHNSON (#207) made 112 for 2nd grade v Ex Services.

In 1991, MARTIN HADFIELD (#545-pictured) and BEDE RYAN (#503) added 153 for the 4th wicket for 3rd grade in getting first innings points over Uralla on the first day, after three early wickets. For Marty, it was hard luck, as he remained 88 not out at the end of play, only to have the second day washed out.
